• To permit individuals to discover their purpose and how their skills and knowledge can lead them to balance of mind, body and spirit.

Goals

Spiritual coaching is a means to discover what lies deep within our hearts, minds, and spirits. My vision is to hold space for nurturing dreams, for allowing individuals to share their stories free from judgement or critique, for overcoming the blocks and barriers that prevent growth, and for healing injured spirits in order to develop strong connections to the Divine.

My Wisdom Traditions

While I believe all individuals have paths to follow, I am aware that my path informs my ministry. I was raised Roman Catholic but left the Church after my children where older due to my inability to accept the teachings. I joined the Congregational Church. I have also attended synagogues with friends, Wiccan circles, Powwows and various Protestant services. Each has brought me glimmers of Truth that resonates with mine. These Truths have become part of who I am and allow me to serve others from where they are on their path.
